Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Manage, supervise, and train shop staff
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and business goals
• Maintain stock levels, inventory records, and place orders
• Handle cash and daily sales reports accurately
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally
• Maintain shop cleanliness, display standards, and company policies
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant qualification in business, retail management, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in shop/store management and daily retail operations
• Strong leadership skills to manage staff and achieve sales targets
• Good knowledge of inventory control, billing, and cash handling
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use POS/billing system
