Job Title: Shop Keeper / Store Keeper FMCG Operations (Maldives)

Salary: USD 500 - 550 / Month (Approx. 41,000 - 46,000 INR depending on conversion rates.

.Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory & Stock Management: Efficiently manage stock receiving, verification, storage, issuing, and timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs.
• Stock Rotation (FIFO/FEFO): Implement strict First-In, First-Out (FIFO) and First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) practices to minimize product wastage and closely monitor expiry dates.
• Daily Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date stock registers and prepare comprehensive daily inventory reports.
• Store Operations & Merchandising: Oversee product displays, ensure high standards of store shelf-cleanness, and execute proper retail merchandising.
• Billing & Systems: Handle customer checkouts utilizing POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and basic entry in MS Excel/ERP software.
• Customer Service: Assist walk-in customers with their queries and provide an excellent, welcoming retail experience.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Shop Keeper, Store Keeper, or Retail Assistant within FMCG, supermarket, or grocery environments.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS billing systems and basic computer operations (especially MS Excel).
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory for managing international client interactions and reporting.
• Traits: High level of honesty, accountability, physical fitness to handle stock layout, and the capability to work efficiently under operational pressure.
