About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Logistics & Shipping Executive to manage domestic and international shipments, supplier coordination and day-to-day logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with FedEx, DHL, Blue Dart and other logistics partners.
Book and track domestic and international shipments.
Coordinate pickups, deliveries and resolve shipment issues.
Prepare shipping and export documentation including invoices, packing lists and AWBs.
Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and track supplier orders.
Follow up with suppliers on production, packing and dispatch timelines.
Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams for smooth dispatches.
Maintain accurate shipment, PO and logistics records.
Check freight quotations and shipping invoices.
Ensure all shipments are dispatched and delivered on time.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, BBA or related field.
2–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, export or dispatch operations.
Experience with FedEx/DHL/Blue Dart preferred.
Good knowledge of shipping/export documentation.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Experience with textiles, garments, home furnishings or e-commerce is preferred.
