Shipping Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, e-way bills, and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, customs agents (CHAs), courier partners, and shipping lines.
• Manage export documentation and ensure compliance with applicable shipping and customs requirements.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal departments and customers.
• Arrange vehicle placement, loading schedules, dispatch planning, and transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, freight costs, shipment status, and delivery confirmations.
• Follow up on pending shipments, transit delays, and proof of delivery.
• Coordinate with the production, warehouse, accounts, and sales teams to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
• Support cost control, documentation accuracy, and continuous improvement in logistics processes.
