Greetings!

We are looking for a shipping coordinator to be based out of Mumbai.

The role will be responsible for managing container bookings, freight coordination, shipment documentation, and tracking to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant shipment operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing at least 100 container bookings annually.

Key responsibilities include

• Manage container bookings, vessel schedules, and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal teams.
• Obtain freight quotes, negotiate rates, and optimise logistics costs.
• Ensure accurate shipping documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain shipment records, freight costs, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with the Dubai shipping team and support air freight operations.
