Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure that production goals are met efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary
• Train and mentor new employees
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in management or related field preferred
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software
