Shift Supervisor

Role Summary
Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, leading the shift team, and delivering the Starbucks Experience to every customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and delegate tasks to partners during assigned shifts.
• Ensure smooth store opening/closing and daily operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer needs effectively.
• Maintain beverage, food, hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Follow Tata Starbucks operating, cash management, safety, and security procedures.
• Coach, train, and provide constructive feedback to partners.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
• Monitor store cleanliness and ensure operational standards are maintained.
• Stay calm and effective during busy periods and unexpected situations.
• Maintain punctuality, grooming standards, and flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Experience Required

• 1 year of customer service experience in retail/restaurant/hospitality.
• 6 months experience interacting directly with customers.
• 6 months experience in task delegation or coordinating a team of 2+ employees.
