Shift Quality Officers

The Assistant Manager for Shift Quality Officers in the Advanced Textile Department is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of quality control and assurance during production shifts. The incumbent will be responsible for conducting in-process quality checks, ensuring compliance with stringent quality standards, and maintaining detailed records of product and process quality. A key aspect of this role is to manage nonconforming products by adhering to established procedures and collaborating with the production team to implement effective troubleshooting guidelines. The Assistant Manager will also be tasked with monitoring machine quality CTQs (Critical to Quality) and promptly reporting any abnormalities.
