Shift Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage shift operations, ensuring smooth production processes and meeting quality standards.
• Oversee spinning, polyester stapler fiber, and weaving departments to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
• Monitor machine settings, troubleshoot problems, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in textile manufacturing industry (spinning & weaving).
• Diploma or B.Tech degree in relevant field (e.g., Textiles).
• Strong understanding of spinning process control systems and machinery operation.
• Proficiency in using computers for data analysis and record-keeping purposes.
