Shift Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth shift functioning.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Manage inventory, cash, POS, and shift-related operational activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate preferred with 2+ years of QSR/Restaurant experience.
• Strong team handling and leadership skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and rotational shift environment.
• Candidates with Pizza/QSR/Restaurant operations experience preferred.
