Shift Manager

Role & responsibilities :

Customer Experience & Sales

• Create an engaging, cheerful, and interactive customer experience at the dessert counter.
  
• Educate customers on dessert offerings and confidently recommend pairings and add-ons.
  
• Drive dessert trials, upselling, and combo conversions to maximize sales.
  
• Ensure the dessert counter experience is lively, premium, and welcoming.
  

Operations & Product Handling

• Oversee pre-rush preparation for made-to-order desserts to ensure smooth peak-hour execution.
  
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, display aesthetics, and SOP compliance.
  
• Ensure proper plating and presentation to enhance the visual appeal of desserts.
  
• Monitor product availability, stock levels, and coordinate replenishment when required.
  

Team & Shift Management

• Supervise and guide the team during shifts to ensure efficient service and task completion.
  
• Allocate responsibilities to team members and ensure smooth shift handovers.
  
• Support, coach, and motivate team members to maintain high service standards.
  
• Coordinate closely with baristas and store teams during rush hours to ensure seamless operations
