The Shift Manager is responsible for effectively managing the day-to-day operations of the assigned shift, ensuring smooth workflow, employee productivity, customer satisfaction, quality standards, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Food cost control

Making duty roaster

Ensure SOP are followed

Cash Handling and Customer Handling

FIFO and par stock maintenance

Key Performance Areas

Shift productivity and operational efficiency

Manpower utilization

Employee attendance and discipline

Customer satisfaction

Quality and service standards

Safety and compliance

Achievement of shift targets and KPIs

Accuracy of reports and shift handovers

Reduction of errors, complaints, downtime, and operational losses

Authority

The Shift Manager is authorized to assign work, monitor employee performance, resolve routine operational issues, take immediate corrective action within company policy, and escalate matters requiring higher-level approval.
