Shift Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead, supervise, and train the restaurant team.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Manage sales, inventory, labour, cash control, and P&L.
• Schedule staff and order food supplies as required.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational standards.
• Drive customer satisfaction and business performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Restaurant, Hotel, QSR, or Fast Food industry.
• Proven experience in a Managerial/Leadership role.
• Knowledge of P&L, inventory, revenue, and team management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve conflicts.
