Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift management
• Manage team schedules, performance, and motivation during shifts
• Monitor cost control, wastage, and inventory handling
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
• Lead by example and support team members in achieving outlet targets

Desired Candidate Profile

• Age: 21-35 years
• Open to work in rotational shifts (per industry standards)
• Strong communication & people management skills
• Keen to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in a fast-paced environment

Education:

• Hotel Management fresher OR
• Any graduate with relevant QSR/Restaurant/Retail industry experience
