Roles & Responsibilities Shift Manager

Manage day-to-day store operations during the assigned shift.

Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries.

Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Ensure timely order preparation and delivery.

Handle billing, cash transactions, and shift closing activities.

Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.

Train and guide team members on daily operations.

Maintain store cleanliness and follow company SOPs.

Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.

Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, delivery, and

front counter teams.

Prepare daily shift reports and ensure efficient shift handover
