Shift Manager & ARM (Haridwar/ Jhansi/ Sangrur)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in managing end-to-end restaurant operations.
• Drive sales, customer service, and restaurant profitability.
• Prepare manpower deployment, shift rosters, and staffing plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop Shift Managers and Sandwich Artists.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Subway brand standards.
• Monitor food cost, wastage, inventory, and stock availability.
• Review cash management, daily sales reports, and operational records.
• Manage customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Ensure achievement of operational KPIs, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with the Area Manager and support functions for operational challenges.
• Take charge of the restaurant in the Restaurant Manager's absence.

• Sales and ADS achievement.
• Restaurant profitability and cost control.
• Food safety and operational audit scores.
• Customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Manpower productivity and employee retention.

• Eligibility
• Graduate preferred.
• 4-8 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, or retail operations.
• Experience in team leadership, manpower planning, and restaurant operations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
