Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) | 3-4 Years Experience
Area Manager (AM) | 4-6 Years Experience

Locations: Punjab, Delhi NCR & Haryana
Industry Preference: F&B / QSR Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth store performance.
• Lead, coach, and motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Monitor food quality, inventory control, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
• Handle manpower planning, training, and performance management.
• For Area Managers: Oversee multiple stores, support business growth, and ensure operational consistency across locations.
