Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead production shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet quality standards.
• Monitor and control manufacturing processes to minimize downtime, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, optimize workflows, and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
