Roles and Responsibilities :

• Plan and coordinate daily production shifts to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure smooth operation of the production line by monitoring machine performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to manpower handling, material availability, and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor quality control processes during shift operations to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the auto components industry.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and control principles.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and stakeholders.
