Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire production process, including plastic molding.
• Ensure that production targets and quality standards are met.
• Manage shift-wise production and ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and present production reports to Manager.

Qualification & Skills :

• min. 5 yrs experience in injection moulding.
• must have diploma in CIPET.
• Automobile experience is preferable.
