Shift Incharge

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer demands.
• Plan and coordinate shifts to optimize productivity, minimize delays, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance on tasks, resolving issues promptly, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

• 4-5 years' experience in logistics or supply chain management as Shift Incharge or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of manpower handling, shift planning, shift management, and warehousing operations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
