• Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
• A technical mindset with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Strong data analysis skills to resolve abnormalities in Dipping, along with mathematical skills for Production Planning and Execution.
• Carry out process parameter changes during style or customer changes.
• Ensure process conditions strictly adhere to QCPC.
• Organize manpower and resources to run the machines smoothly.
• Maintain accurate production and process records.
• Attend to machine breakdowns in coordination with service departments.
• Execute scheduled activities according to the production plan.
