Job Summary:

Responsible for managing shift operations, manpower, production targets, quality, safety, and smooth coordination with support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily shift production and operations.
• Achieve production and quality targets.
• Supervise and allocate manpower.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety, 5S, and safety standards.
• Monitor material usage, wastage, and production efficiency.
• Maintain shift reports and production records.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Warehouse teams.
• Ensure proper shift handover and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

Experience: 3-5 years in FMCG / Food / Beverages / Manufacturing / Tea industry preferred.

• Good team handling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
