Shift Incharge (Rubber cable manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor CCV equipment during assigned shifts
• Achieve production targets in terms of throughput, quality, and on-time delivery
• Verify product loading/unloading and process parameters as per specifications and SOPs
• Maintain accurate production records and process documentation
• Analyze process data and drive process improvements
• Perform routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance activities
• Investigate deviations, non-conformities, and customer complaints related to manufacturing operations
• Conduct shift safety inspections and record/report hazards
