Shift Incharge - Operations - Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate vessel berthing, cargo handling and vessel turnaround.
• Liaise with shipping lines, agents, stevedores, customs and port authorities.
• Monitor cargo movement, equipment and manpower deployment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security and port regulations.
• Maintain operational reports, documentation and MIS.
• Resolve operational issues and coordinate with internal departments.
• Track KPIs such as berth utilisation, cargo productivity and vessel turnaround time.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Maritime, Port Management or related field.
• 10 to 12 years experience in port, shipping, terminal or logistics operations.
