Shift Lead / Shift Incharge Steel Slag & Metal Recovery

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

We are looking for a Shift Lead to manage slag evacuation, slag transportation, scrap processing and Metal Recovery Plant (MRP) operations in a steel manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage shift operations and achieve daily production/processing targets.
• Handle slag processing, metal recovery, scrap handling and material movement.
• Plan manpower, resources and equipment utilization across shifts.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Logistics and Customer teams.
• Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot operational issues and ensure smooth start-up/shutdown.
• Implement SOPs, quality standards and HSE practices including LOTO/PTW.
• Maintain shift reports, production records and proper shift handovers.

Preferred Experience: Steel Plant / Melt Shop / Blast Furnace / Slag Handling / MRP / Metal Recovery / Beneficiation /
