KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OPERATIONAL SCOPE
Production Floor Operations
End-to-End Production: Supervise shop-floor execution
from raw material (RM) receipt to final dispatch,
ensuring batch continuity and output quotas.
Workforce Management: Oversee plant workers, line
operators, and contractual staff regarding daily
attendance, productivity, discipline, and line assignment.
Cost Loss Control: Actively monitor and curb line
wastage, raw material scrap, and utility overheads
across all production stages.
Plant Sanitation Maintenance: Ensure pristine
cleanliness, sanitation of production zones, and
preventive upkeep of all bakery equipment.

Quality, GMP Plant Safety
SOP GMP Adherence: Establish, reinforce, and audit
daily Standard Operating Procedures and Good
Manufacturing Practices.
QC Coordination: Collaborate with Quality Control for
thorough in-process testing, batch validation, and timely
release clearance.
Safety Statutory Licensure: Lead on-floor safety
protocols, maintain emergency readiness, and liaise with
statutory inspection officers to keep regulatory filings
compliant.
Production Documentation: Maintain precise shift batch

logs, yield variances, material consumption, and audit-
ready plant reports.

Equipment Vendor Development
Initial Troubleshooting: Maintain basic hands-on
operational knowledge of machinery; lead initial
diagnostics alongside the engineering team during
breakdowns.
Vendor Development: Identify, evaluate, and coordinate
with vendors for Raw Materials (RM), Packaging
Materials (PM), and machinery spares.

Partner Facility Operations Fulfillment
End-to-End Partner Oversight: Supervise manufacturing
partner units from recipe replication and process
governance to final quality checks.
100% Order Fill Rate: Guarantee on-time OTIF delivery,
order fill rates, and uninterrupted channel fulfillment for
quick-commerce and retail channels.
Ad-Hoc Mandates: Undertake production audits and
leadership-assigned operational tasks as business
needs evolve.
