Shift In-charge - Wet Mill - Davangere,Karnataka

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Wet Mill operations and ensure smooth shift functioning.
• Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and process parameters.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and yield are achieved.
• Supervise and guide operators and shift manpower.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Utility, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Identify and resolve process and equipment-related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, SOPs, and company policies.
• Maintain shift-wise production, quality, and operational records.
• Conduct proper shift handover and communicate key issues to the next shift.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce losses.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 to 4 Years of experience in Starch & Derivatives/Liquid Glucose/ High-maltose corn syrup
• Preferably looking for candidates from Karnataka region
