Shift In-charge paint shop

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the paint shop during shifts, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
• Plan and coordinate shift activities to meet production targets, manage manpower effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Monitor paint process parameters, identify areas for improvement, implement changes as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues, provide guidance on best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Paint Shop Production or related field (Robotic Painting).
• Strong understanding of paint shop processes, including preparation, application, drying & curing techniques.
• Excellent managerial skills for effective shift planning, execution & monitoring.
