Shift HSE Officer

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Shift HSE Officer to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies across our manufacturing operations. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing safety standards, conducting inspections, monitoring workplace hazards, and promoting a strong safety culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with company HSE policies and statutory regulations.
• Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify unsafe acts and conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Facilitate safety training programs and toolbox talks for employees.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases and prepare reports.
• Ensure proper usage of PPE by employees and contractors.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities.
• Maintain HSE records, reports, and statutory documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to workplace safety and environmental management.
