Shift Executive - Dairy Plant

Brief Role

• Manage day-to-day dairy production activities during the shift.
• Monitor production processes, equipment and key parameters.
• Ensure production targets are achieved with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Utilities teams.
• Monitor manpower and allocate work as per shift requirements.
• Maintain production records and shift reports.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene and food safety standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.Tech / Diploma in Dairy Technology, Food Technology.
• Good knowledge of production processes and plant operations.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
• Work experince in SCADA operations is an added advantage
