Shift Engineer

• Daily Engineering Operations: Oversee smooth shift engineering activities.
• Maintenance: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Tenant Complaint Management: Address and resolve technical issues reported by tenants promptly.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain strict safety standards and regulatory compliance across all operations.
• Utility & HVAC Monitoring: Monitor and record HVAC, electrical, and utility parameters.
• Documentation & Shift Management: Complete shift logs, checklists, and reports accurately.
• Coordination: Manage on-site contractors and lead the shift team effectively.

Education & Background Requirements

• Preferred Education: SSC / Technical Diploma / Bachelors Degree
• Preferred Industry Experience:
• Real Estate
• Shopping Malls
• Operations Management
• Hospitality (Desirable)
