About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure smooth operation of CNC machines, VMCs, and other equipment on the shop floor.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts to prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production team members to optimize processes and improve productivity.
Job Requirements :
- 0-7 years of experience in machine shop or plant operations (Diploma Freshers are welcome)
- Understanding of continuous process improvement principles.
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines, VMCs, grinding machines, etc.
