Job Description

We are looking for a Shift Engineer to manage day-to-day engineering and facility operations at our Hinjewadi site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day engineering operations and maintenance activities.
• Monitor and maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC and other MEP systems.
• Ensure smooth operation of critical equipment and facility systems.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance as per schedule.
• Attend to complaints and breakdowns and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain maintenance records.
• Coordinate with technicians and other site teams for daily activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOPs and statutory requirements.
• Prepare daily shift reports and maintenance updates.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors whenever required.
• Ensure proper handover and takeover between shifts.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 26 years of relevant experience in facility management, engineering operations or maintenance.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
