Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Shift Engineer – Mechanical/HVAC to manage and maintain mechanical and HVAC systems at our facility in Jagiroad, Morigaon District, Assam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operation & maintenance (O&M) of mechanical and HVAC systems.
- Monitor and maintain Chillers, HVAC, RO, FPS and other utility systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and ensure timely corrective maintenance.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance as per defined schedules.
- Monitor equipment performance, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with technicians and site teams for smooth shift operations.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and shift reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Candidates from Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Facility Management or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and team-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in shift operations.
