Shift Engineer- RMHS

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Shift Engineer to join our team at JSW Steel Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience working with rolling mill equipment.

Roles and Responsibility

• Oversee the operation of rolling mill equipment, including maintenance and troubleshooting.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow and meet quality standards.


• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.


• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.


• Train and guide junior engineers and technicians on operating procedures.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a steel plant.


• Strong knowledge of rolling mill equipment and operations.
