Shift Engineer/Duty Manager - Technical

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate electrical maintenance activities for DG sets, HT panels, MEP systems, and chillers.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Perform technical analysis of complex issues related to HVAC, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
• Supervise junior technicians and provide guidance on troubleshooting techniques.

Job Requirements :

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of DG sets, HT panels, MEP systems, chillers, and their respective applications.
• Proficiency in performing electrical maintenance tasks including repairs, replacements, and installations.
