Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of CNC machines on the shop floor, ensuring efficient production and quality output.
  
• Coordinate with machine operators to troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and optimize machine performance.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (Machine Shop, Assembly Line) to ensure smooth plant operations and meet production targets.
  
• Monitor machine performance metrics (e.g., productivity, accuracy) and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
