Role & responsibilities
• Shift-wise production & manpower management
• Extrusion Blow Moulding machine operation & process setting
• Mould changeover, troubleshooting & parameter optimization
• Production, rejection, downtime & OEE improvement
• Quality compliance and coordination with QC/Maintenance
• Process trials and productivity improvement
• 5S, safety & shop-floor discipline
• Proper shift handover and production reporting
Preferred candidate profile
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical / Production / Plastics
• 37 years of relevant Blow Moulding experience
• Experience in HDPE Drums, Barrels, Containers or similar products
• Strong knowledge of machine/process parameters and troubleshooting
