Sheet metal production manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily production operations to meet quality, safety, and productivity targets.
• Oversee fabrication processes for sheet metal products using various techniques such as cutting, shaping, and assembly.
• Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.

Job Requirements :

• 8-14 years of experience in a similar role within the auto components industry.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes for sheet metal products.
• Proven track record of improving manufacturing efficiency through process optimization initiatives.
