Tata Motors is seeking applications for one-year fixed-term engagement designed for Commissioned Officers of the Indian Armed Forces looking to transition into a corporate career. Eligibility:

• Commissioned Officers from the Indian Armed Forces
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an AICTE/UGC-recognized institution with MBA preferred
• Relevant leadership, operational, technical, or project management experience
• Genuine interest in automotive & mobility.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will undergo an online assessment covering Quantitative Ability (Advanced), English Comprehension, Information Gathering & Synthesis, and Personality. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in further selection stages.

Compensation CTC (TTIB): 9 LPA
