Sharepoint Specialist

The role

You'll build and maintain internal websites on SharePoint - team sites, department hubs, and intranet pages that our employees actually use day to day. This is hands-on build work, not strategy consulting.

What you'll do

• Build SharePoint Online sites from scratch: site structure, pages, navigation, permissions
• Design clean, easy-to-navigate layouts using web parts, lists, and libraries
• Set up document libraries with sensible metadata and version control
• Wire up simple automations where they help (Power Automate flows, forms, approvals)
• Migrate or reorganize existing content into new site structures
• Hand over documentation so our team can maintain things after you're done

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience building SharePoint Online sites -a portfolio, links, screenshots, or a walkthrough of past work is the main thing we'll evaluate
• Working knowledge of site collections, permissions, web parts, lists, and libraries
• Bonus: Power Automate, Power Apps, SPFx, Viva Connections, or Microsoft 365 admin experience
• Clear written communication and the ability to work independently across time zones
