Job Description

Education

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development and solution design.
• SharePoint Developer certification is preferred.
• Strong experience in SharePoint development.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs.

Technical Skills:

• Development and design experience with C#, SQL, CSOM, and JSOM.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint administration and service configuration.
• Proficiency in writing PowerShell scripts.
• Strong understanding of IIS, hosting, web application pools, and account permissions.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js is an advantage.

Functional Skills:

• Experience in the banking, financial services, or fintech industry within an enterprise environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards and best practices.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Ability to ensure the quality of technical and application architectures and system designs across the organization.
• Ability to research and benchmark technologies against industry-leading solutions.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to influence multiple teams on technical decisions and improve their productivity and effectiveness by sharing knowledge and experience.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain and present ideas to senior and executive management.
