Role- SharePoint Consultant with Nintex

Location- Pune (Hybrid)

Summary

We are looking for a Senior Technical Application Manager with 9+ years of experience to manage, enhance, and support business applications, databases, reporting, document management, and workflow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage application development, enhancements, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Develop and support applications using Visual Studio.
• Work with Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, and SQL.
• Develop and maintain reports using SSRS and Power BI.
• Configure and support DocuWare, DocuSign, Nintex, MacroView, OneSpan, Exact/BPA, and SharePoint.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement improvements.
• Coordinate team activities, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Management, or related field.
• 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong SQL and RDBMS experience.
• Hands-on experience with Visual Studio, SSRS, and Power BI.
• Experience with document management/workflow platforms.
• Strong business analysis, Agile/Scrum, user story, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
