About this role
- Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to assist clients in effectively navigating systems and resolving issues.
- Ensure all client documentation adheres to current tax and mobility regulations, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Generate and deliver management reports to the Engagement team and other internal stakeholders.
- Oversee and maintain accurate financial reporting using technology platforms.
- Manage vendor invoices, including cash allocations, disbursements, billing, and reconciling complex backing sheets.
- Aid teams with onboarding new clients, including conducting AML checks, drafting proposals, and preparing engagement contracts.
- Work in collaboration with RandQ specialists on complex client cases.
- Organize VIP briefings and provide administrative support to account managers.
- Assist with UTR support, follow up on non-compliance for forms, and identify areas for process standardization.

- Forge and nurture robust client relationships, serving as a reliable advisor.
