Job Description Stock Market Trainer

Position: Stock Market Trainer
Location: Kapurthala, Punjab
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on the Stock Market and Trading.
• Teach concepts related to Technical Analysis, Fundamental Analysis, Equity, Futures & Options, Risk Management, and Trading Psychology.
• Explain trading strategies and market concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Conduct live market sessions and help students understand real-time market movements.
• Prepare course material, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
• Track students' progress and provide regular guidance and mentorship.
• Keep yourself updated with current market trends, trading strategies, and financial developments.
• Maintain professional interaction with students and support them throughout their learning journey.
• Coordinate with counsellors and the branch team regarding batches, student performance, and training schedules.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Indian Stock Market, NSE/BSE, Technical Analysis, and Trading.
• Good understanding of Equity, Futures & Options, and Risk Management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Previous experience as a Stock Market Trainer, Trader, or Market Analyst will be preferred.
• Practical trading experience will be an added advantage.

Compensation

20,000 – 25,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives.
