Role Overview:

As the Ecommerce Head, you will spearhead the digital growth strategy for Shahnaz Ayurvedics, overseeing the end-to-end online sales operations. You will work closely with marketing, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product availability and brand visibility across our D2C website and major e-marketplaces. Your primary mandate is to drive revenue growth, optimize customer acquisition costs, and elevate the digital shopping experience, directly influencing the brand's market share in the competitive online beauty segment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive online sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets across all digital channels.

- Manage relationships with key e-commerce marketplaces to ensure optimal product placement, inventory health, and promotional participation.

- Analyze website traffic, conversion funnels, and customer behavior data to implement data-driven improvements to the user journey.

- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including performance marketing and social commerce, to maximize return on ad spend and brand reach.

- Coordinate with the supply chain team to streamline order fulfillment processes and maintain high service level agreements for customer satisfaction.

- Monitor competitive trends and industry benchmarks to identify new growth opportunities and refine the product assortment strategy.

Required Skillset:

- Proven ability to manage and scale e-commerce operations, with a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics and D2C business models.

- Strong analytical proficiency in interpreting sales data and digital marketing metrics to drive strategic decision-making.

- Exceptional communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and manage external partner relationships effectively.

- Demonstrated experience in managing P&L responsibilities and optimizing digital marketing budgets for maximum ROI.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Delhi, maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors.
