Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Role Summary: Provide dedicated one-to-one academic and classroom support to a student, assisting with English communication, reading, writing, comprehension, and daily learning activities.
• Independence & Confidence: Encourage the student's active participation and foster independent learning habits.
• Collaboration: Work closely with class teachers, coordinators, counselors, and parents to monitor progress and adapt support strategies.
• Core Attributes: Display high levels of patience, empathy, emotional sensitivity, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Desired Profile of the Candidate:

• Prior experience as a Shadow Teacher, English Teacher, Teaching Assistant, or Learning Support Assistant.
• Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong capability to handle one-to-one student assistance with empathy and composure.
