About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Salesforce testing activities across multiple projects and releases
- Define test strategy test plans test scenarios and test execution approach
- Coordinate with business stakeholders Salesforce developers architects and project managers
- Review business requirements user stories and technical specifications for test coverage
- Oversee Functional Regression System Integration UAT and End to End testing
- Validate Salesforce configurations customizations workflows approval processes and integrations
- Lead defect triage meetings and track defect resolution
- Manage testing deliverables status reporting risk assessment and stakeholder communications
- Mentor and guide QA team members and ensure adherence to testing best practices
- Drive test automation initiatives and continuous improvement activities
