About this role
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy scalable OmniStudio solutions-integrating OmniScript, FlexCards, and DataRaptor across Salesforce Clouds.
- Translate complex business requirements into automated, low-code processes using OmniStudio orchestration tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map customer journeys and build intuitive, dynamic UIs using FlexCards and Interaction Studios.
- Integrate OmniStudio with external systems (ERP, legacy databases, REST/SOAP APIs) using Integration Procedures and APIs.
- Optimize performance and maintainability of OmniStudio components through best practices, reusable templates, and documentation.
- Support QA, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization-resolving defects and enhancing user adoption via training and support materials.

- Apex (basic)
- SOQL
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Experience Cloud
- Familiarity with MuleSoft or Heroku for advanced integrations
- Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant (or in progress)
